APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
- Mr Ashwin Trikamjee, independent non-executive director has
been appointed as lead independent director by the board of
Gijima.
In addition to the above, the board also wishes to confirm the
appointment of Dr Mark Bussin as chairman of the Remuneration &
Nominations Committee and Mr Ashwin Trikamjee as chairman of the
Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee.
The board of Gijima wishes to express its sincere appreciation
to both gentlemen for their willingness to serve in these
additional capacities and wish them well during their tenure.
