1. INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders of York (“Shareholders”) are advised that the integrated annual report containing
the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013 will be posted to
shareholders today.
The integrated annual report will also be available online at www.york.co.za from today.
2. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 12 November 2013 at
10h00 at 2nd Floor, 5 Commerce Square, 39 Rivonia Road (entrance on Helling Road),
Sandhurst, Johannesburg, South Africa to transact the business as stated in the notice of
annual general meeting, forming part of the integrated annual report.
