NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2013 were posted to shareholders on Friday, 27 September 2013
and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS
on 18 September 2013. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the
annual financial statements of the Company and their unqualified audit report is
available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at Kagiso Tiso House, 100 West Street, Wierda Valley, Sandton, on
Tuesday, 26 November 2013 at 14:00.
