INTEREST RATE RESETS:
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 30 September 2013 is 5.133% p.a. (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 30 December 2013 (*Following), for the period 30
September 2013 to 29 December 2013, will be calculated based on a rate of:
BCP1 10.133% p.a. (500bps over JIBAR)
BCP2 10.383% p.a. (525bps over JIBAR)
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be postponed
to the next business day.
