Shareholders are advised that the Company’s listing has transferred from its current sector of
General Industries: Electronic Equipment (2737), to the Consumer Goods: Auto Parts (3355)
sector.
The directors believe that with the successful completion of the restructuring and repositioning of
the Company as a focused automotive aftermarket business, the reclassification is appropiate.
The change is effective immediately.
