RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Sable’s cautionary announcements of 11 April, 24 May, 8 July and
20 August 2013, relating to the proposed share acquisition detailed therein (“the transaction”).
As indicated in the cautionary announcement dated 20 August 2013, the financial and legal due diligence
remains in progress. Final agreements between Global Initiatives (Pty) Ltd, BCL Limited and Sable are in
the process of negotiation and the company expects the agreements to be finalised by the end of October,
whereafter the financial effects of this transaction will be determined and published.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
