NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTING REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008
(“the Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in Mvelaserve are advised
that Peregrine Equities (Pty) Ltd, (“Peregrine Equities”), has
acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company (“the securities”), such that its beneficial interest in
the securities of the Company represents 5,4% of the Company’s
total ordinary shares in issue.
Mvelaserve hereby confirms that it has received the required
notice from Peregrine Equities in terms of section 122(1) of the
Act. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act,
Mvelaserve has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
