Retirement of a director of a subsidiary
Brimstone today announced that Mr George Frederick Bezuidenhout will retire as
Chief Executive Officer and director of Sea Harvest Corporation (Pty) Limited, a
subsidiary of Brimstone. The retirement will be effective from 31 December 2013.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Bezuidenhout for his contribution
to Sea Harvest Corporation over the last 20 years and wishes him well in his
retirement.
Mr Felix Ratheb, the current Sales and Marketing Director, will succeed Mr
Bezuidenhout as the new CEO. Mr Ratheb has been with Sea Harvest Corporation
for over 10 years.
