SUCCESSFUL DELISTING OF BCX "A" SHARES
Shareholders of BCX (“Shareholders”) are referred to the finalisation announcement published by
the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 16 September
2013 (“Announcement”) regarding the repurchase by way of a scheme of arrangement of certain
BCX "A" ordinary shares and consequent delisting of all the other "A" Shares (“A” Shares”)
(collectively, the “Transaction”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Transaction has been successfully implemented in
accordance with the timetable set out in the Announcement and the "A" Shares were delisted from the
exchange operated by the JSE on Tuesday, 8 October 2013.
