APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Nampak is pleased to advise that Mr André de Ruyter has
been appointed as an executive director and chief
executive officer designate to take effect from the 1st of
January 2014. André will take over as chief executive
officer on 1 April 2014. He joins Nampak from Sasol
Limited where he is Senior Group Executive; Global
Chemicals and North American Operations. André holds BA,
BLC, LLB and MBA degrees.
As previously advised, the current chief executive
officer, Mr Andrew Marshall, will step down as CEO on 31
March 2014.
