CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) and (b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised of the following
changes in relation to the Company Secretary of the Company:
1. Mr Andries Greyling has resigned as Company Secretary with immediate
effect; and
2. Ms Ronell van Rensburg has been appointed as the new Company
Secretary with immediate effect.
