RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the reconvened general meeting of the Company held today at 188
14th Road, Noordwyk, Midrand, Gauteng all of the ordinary and special resolutions required to
implement the BEE transaction, set out in circular dated 22 August 2013 and proposed at the
meeting were approved by a requisite majority of shareholders.
