RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary
announcements released on SENS on 12 July 2012, 24 August 2012,
8 October 2012, 19 November 2012 and the detailed cautionary
dated 14 December 2012 and renewal of cautionary announcements
on 31 January 2013, 14 March 2013, 30 April 2013, 12 June 2013
and 25 July 2013 respectively and advise that negotiations
around the structuring of the proposed transaction are ongoing.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution in dealing in the company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
