Distribution Finalisation Announcement
Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 September 2013.
This distribution of 30.26 cents per PropTrax TEN security is not subject to dividends withholding tax and
comprises:
- 30.19 cents in respect of distributions received on securities held in property loan stock companies and
collective investment schemes in property; and
- 0.07 cents in respect of interest.
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register on
27 September 2013 and will be paid on Friday, 18 October 2013.
