TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”) and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are advised that
Sappi received the following notification on 14 October 2013:
- acquisition of shares by Prudential Portfolio Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Limited
(“Prudential”), on behalf of their segregated clients, such that Prudential’s total
beneficial interest in the Company as of 14 October 2013 has increased to 5.02% of
the issued capital of the Company.
