RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, with the exception of ordinary
resolution 2.2.3 which was withdrawn, the requisite majority
of shareholders approved all of the remaining ordinary and
special resolutions tabled at the annual general meeting of
Capevin held today, 17 October 2013.
