RESULTS OF THE IMPERIAL GENERAL MEETING
Imperial shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that, at the general meeting held today, 21 October
2013, at the registered offices of the Company, all of the proposed resolutions set out in the notice of
general meeting included in the circular to Shareholders, dated 18 September 2013, were approved by the
requisite majority.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies Intellectual Property Commission.
