EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
On 23 October 2013, Hugh Ford, General Corporate Counsel, exercised capped options over Intu
Properties plc shares consisting of 264,276 options granted in 2009 at an exercise price of £2.7169
per share and 306,000 options granted in 2010 at an exercise price of £3.13 per share. All of these
options were granted under the Company’s unapproved share option scheme. Mr Ford sold all of the
shares subject to the options at the capped price of £3.339 per share, and therefore his total
interest in Intu Properties plc shares remains at 15,653 (0.0016%) following the exercise.
