RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Introduction
1. Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
published on the Securities Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of
the JSE Limited on 21 January 2013 and the subsequent renewal
of cautionary announcements published 4 March, 16 April, 29
May, 26 June 2013 and 13 August 2013, whereby Shareholders
were advised that the Company is in negotiations with
Mayibuye Group Proprietary Limited (“Mayibuye”), the 54%
controlling shareholder of Blue and therefore a related
party.
2. The negotiations pertain to the proposed further
recapitalisation of the Company.
Renewal of cautionary announcement
3. Shareholders are hereby advised that the discussions are
ongoing, but are not yet finalised. Shareholders should
therefore continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made on
SENS.
