SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron hereby confirms
that the company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008
(Act No. 71 of 2008).
The Public Investment Corporation “SOC” Ltd has informed Altron that it has acquired an
additional 20 288 026 Altron participating preference shares on behalf of its clients, which
equates to 8.14% of the total issued participating preference share capital of the company.
Following the notice which was dated 24 October 2013 and received on 25 October 2013,
the Public Investment Corporation “SOC” Ltd now holds 21.38% (previously 18.95%) of the
participating preference share capital of the company.
