RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Seardel held on Monday, 28
October 2013 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in
the Company’s 2013 Integrated Annual Report issued on 30 September 2013), all
of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Seardel
shareholders.
