TRP 121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended (“the
Companies Act”), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Indequity shareholders are hereby advised that, on 25
October 2013, the Company received the following notification:
- the acquisition by Heiden Grimaud Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Heiden Grimaud”), on
behalf of its clients, of an interest in the securities of the Company, such that Heiden
Grimaud’s total beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 5.3% of the issued
ordinary share capital of Indequity.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Indequity has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
