CADIZ HOLDINGS – TRADING STATEMENT
Cadiz Holdings shareholders are advised that basic and diluted
earnings, and headline earnings per share for the six months
ended 30 September 2013 (“the period”) are anticipated to be 0.7
(2012 1.2) cents per share.
The group’s results for the period will be announced on SENS on
Monday 18 November 2013.
The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by the group’s
independent auditors.
