CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
Ms Babalwa Ngonyama (“Ms Ngonyama”) has resigned as a non-
executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee and
Social and Ethics Committee of Kelly Group, with the effective
date of the resignation being 31 December 2013.
Mr RG Tomlinson will replace Ms Ngonyama as a member on the Kelly
Group Audit Committee and Mr GJ Tindall will replace Ms Ngonyama
on the Social and Ethics Committee. Both these appointments will
be effective from 1 January 2014.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Ms Ngonyama for
her valued contribution to the Kelly Group during her tenure as a
director and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
