RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AVI SHAREHOLDERS
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of AVI held at
11h00 on Wednesday, 30 October 2013(“the AGM”), all the ordinary and
special resolutions tabled at the AGM were approved by the requisite
majorities.
The special resolutions will be registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
