CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE, the company announces the resignation of
executive director Mr William Ross Teichmann from the
board of the company with effect from 30th October 2013 to
pursue other interests. Mr Teichmann will remain at the
company for a limited period to ensure a smooth handover
process. The company thanks Mr Teichmann for his
contribution over the past 20 years.
