Shareholders are advised that the results in the integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June
2013, posted on Thursday, 31 October 2013, are identical to the audited results which were
published on SENS on Thursday, 26 September 2013.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Accéntuate
Limited, in respect of the year ended 30 June 2013, will be held at Accéntuate Business Park, 404
Southern Klipriviersberg Road, Steeledale, Johannesburg on Friday, 29 November 2013 at 10:00
am. Shareholder registration will commence from 09:30am.
