Shareholders are advised that the company’s annual integrated report for the year ended 30 June
2013, which incorporates the company’s annual financial statements and notice of annual general
meeting were posted to shareholders on 4 November 2013. The annual integrated report is
also available on Transpaco’s website (www.transpaco.co.za). The annual financial statements
contain no modifications to the reviewed results, which were published on 21 August 2013.
The annual financial statements of Transpaco and the group and the Ernst & Young Inc
reviewed results are available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Transpaco will be held at the offices of
Transpaco at 331 6th Street, Wynberg, Sandton, Johannesburg on Friday, 06 December 2013 at
09h00.
