Notice is hereby given that the 15th annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will
be held at Building Number 1, Healthcare Park, Woodlands Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg,
Gauteng, on Tuesday, 3 December 2013 at 10:00.
