In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the directors
of Liberty Holdings are very pleased to announce that Steven Braudo and Thabo
Dloti have been appointed as Executive Directors of Liberty Holdings Limited,
effective 4 November 2013.
Both Steven and Thabo have extensive experience in leading asset management,
retail insurance and employee benefits businesses. During his tenure at
Liberty, Thabo has directed STANLIB to success and driven significant
improvements in Corporate. Steven has led the turnaround of the Retail SA
business to the point where it is again acknowledged as the innovative leader
in the affluent retail market. Their skills and experience will further
strengthen and complement those of the Board.
