In accordance with section 122(3)(b)of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has
received formal notification of the following movement in securities of the Company:
Yakani Resources (Pty) Ltd (“Yakani”) has notified Miranda that it has sold a beneficial interest of
6.22% of the total issued shares of Miranda. Yakani’s total interest in the Company now amounts to
2.08% of the total issued shares.
