WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on the Stock Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited (“SENS”) on 27 September 2013 and are advised that due to the conclusion of the
agreement between ArcelorMittal and Sishen Iron Ore Company (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Kumba
Iron Ore Limited (“Kumba”) as released in a joint announcement with Kumba on SENS today,
caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their ArcelorMittal
securities.
