DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, MMI advises that
Mr SE Nxasana has sold shares (details of sale outlined below) to
settle the loan raised on 23rd December 2009 to fund his
participation in a private transaction between himself and Mr GT
Ferreira, Mr LL Dippenaar and Mr PK Harris (previously referred to
as the Founders Consortium). This transaction was announced on 23rd
December 2009.
Full settlement of the loan is due on 8th November and the share
transactions required to enable settlement took place on 1st
November 2013.
Mr Nxasana has sold his MMI shares to settle his funding
obligations to the Founders Consortium.
