dispatched to shareholders on Monday, 4 November 2013.
It is further confirmed that the notice convening the annual
general meeting was sent to shareholders on Monday, 4 November
2013. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, 3 December 2013
at the Company`s registered office, 28 Sixth Street, Wynberg,
Sandton at 10:00.
