CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the following board changes:
- Dr Eddie Stoop (“Eddie”) has resigned as an
Executive Director with immediate effect. Eddie will
remain as chief executive officer of Elite Group;
and
- Vanya Lessing has assumed the role of Lead
Independent Non-Executive Director. Vanya will
remain as a member of the Audit Committee of the
company and has also been appointed as a member of
the Remuneration Committee.
The board wishes to thank Eddie for his valuable
contribution to the board and wishes Vanya well with her
new role in the Company.
