NOTIFICATION OF CORRECTION TO SERIES 2 SUPPLEMENT
This announcement serves to advise of the correction to the
following errors on the Series 2 Supplement:
1. The Yield Test Event was corrected from 3.5% to 3%, and
2. The Reserve Fund Required Amount was corrected from 4.46% to
2.5%.
