the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings
Requirements”), that a director, JAI Ferreira has been
allocated awards in terms of the DAWN Long Term Incentive
Plan ("LTIP") on 4 November 2013.

This award was made off-market at the 5 days volume
weighted average price of R9,49 per share.
In terms of the Listings Requirements paragraph 3.66,
approval for the issuing of the awards has been obtained.
