CORRECTION - NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS OF JSE LIMITED
Shareholders are notified that, in relation to the announcement released 6 November 2013, Form TRP 121.1
which was submitted to the Takeover Regulation Panel on which the announcement was based, was
incorrectly completed, therefore the correction is the following:
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) (“Companies Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that SilverBridge
has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that Regarding Capital
Management Proprietary Limited has disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such
that its remaining beneficial interest amounts to 4.62% of the total number of securities in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, SilverBridge has filed the required amended
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
