CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Marius Bierman has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and director with
effect from 31 December 2013.
Mr Michael Ross CA(SA), the current group financial manager has been appointed as the interim
CFO from 1 January 2014 until such time as a suitable replacement has been found.
The Board of Wearne wants to thank Marius for his contribution during the period he has served as
CFO and wishes him well in his endeavours.
