Posting of Cashbuild`s integrated annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised as follows:
Integrated annual report
Further to Cashbuild`s audited annual results for the year ended 30 June 2013, released on
SENS on 17 September 2013, the integrated annual report was posted today. The integrated
annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited annual
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00 on Monday, 2
December 2013 at the company’s registered office, 101 Northern Parkway, Ormonde,
Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the integrated annual report.
The record date in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, for shareholders
to be recorded on the shareholders’ register of the company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 22 November 2013. This record
date supersedes the record date as set out in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the integrated annual report.
