PLACEMENT OF SHARES - UPDATE
Further to the announcement released earlier today, Attacq has been advised by the
Mertech group that it has successfully placed R900 million worth of Attacq shares at
R16.10 per share by way of an accelerated book build. The book build price represents
a 3% discount to yesterday’s closing price of R16.64 and the company is advised that the
placement was heavily over-subscribed at this level.
