100% of the shares and shareholder loans of Tedaka Technologies (Pty) Ltd, from Tedaka
Investments (Pty) Ltd.
Shareholders are advised that Ansys has posted the circular in this regard to shareholders.
Notice is hereby given that the General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Company’s
office, 140 Bauhinia Street, Highveld Techno Park, Centurion, Gauteng on Monday, 9
December 2013 at 10:00 AM at which meeting the ordinary and special resolutions required
to implement the transaction will be proposed for consideration and if deemed fit, approved.
