PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was released on 30 October 2013 detailing, inter alia, the notice of motion by Dr AP Ferreira to
make application for the winding up of BioScience.
Shareholders and creditors are advised that the application was heard on 8 November 2013
and the North Gauteng High court granted an order for the provisional winding up of
BioScience. The return date is scheduled for 27 January 2014.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The listing of the company’s shares on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
