APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59(c) and 3.84(c) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and in
compliance with the King Code, shareholders are hereby
advised that Lambert Retief, currently an independent
non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed
as the lead independent director of Zeder with immediate
effect.
Lambert obtained a BCom (Hons) degree from the University
of Stellenbosch. He also qualified as a Chartered
Accountant (SA). He is the non-executive chairman of
Paarl Media Holdings (Pty) Limited and a non-executive
director of Naspers Limited and Pioneer Food Group
Limited.
