African Eagle is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 18 June 2013 the remaining
conditions precedent for the revised agreement with Jacana Resources Limited dated 25 October
2011 have now been fulfilled and the outstanding consideration of AU$50,000 has today been
received by the Company from Syrah Resources Limited.
