CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF REDEFINE
Linked unitholders are advised that independent non-executive director Monica Khumalo has, with
immediate effect, resigned from the board of directors of Redefine due to a potential conflict of business
interests arising out of her acceptance of a full time position elsewhere.
Redefine wishes to thank Monica for her invaluable contribution to the company during her period of
service and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
