RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of York ("Shareholders") are advised that at the annual general meeting of
Shareholders ("AGM") held on Tuesday, 12 November 2013, all the resolutions tabled as set out in
the notice of AGM were approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders present or represented
by proxy.
The required special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
