RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Mr J H N (Jan) Strydom has, with effect from the close of business on Tuesday, 12
November 2013, retired as a Non-executive Director of Growthpoint. He joined the Board of
Growthpoint in 2003 at the time of its merger with Primegro Properties Ltd and was the
Chairman of the Growthpoint’s Risk Management Committee since its inception and also
served on the Company’s Audit Committee since that Committee’s inception.
Growthpoint’s Chairman, at the Company’s annual general meeting yesterday, paid tribute to
“Oom Jan” and his ten years of distinguished service and contribution to the Company and
the Board.
