In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Section 122(1) of the Companies Act 2008 and
Regulation 121 of the Companies Regulation, 2011, shareholders are advised that Discovery Life Collective
Investments (Pty) Ltd have notified the Company that it's holding of BCX ordinary shares has increased
from 4.86%% to 5%. Accordingly, the holding by Discovery Life Collective Investments (Pty) Ltd represents
5% of the voting rights in the Company.
