The board of AfroCentric wishes to advise that Andre Meyer has
resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Medscheme Holdings
(Pty) Limited, a major subsidiary of AfroCentric, with effect
from 28 February 2014.
The board wishes to thank Mr Meyer for his contribution to the
Company during his tenure and wishes him well for his future
endeavours.
